I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 Civic in April of this year. I went in for an oil change on my 2007 Civic and drove off the lot 2 hours later in a new car, just an amazing feeling! The entire staff, particularly the sales team made this the best car buying experience I have had to date. I was so pleased with the service I received and the professionalism at HOA I have continued to take my vehicle back for all of its routine maintenance; and they haven't disappointed it seems like the service has actually gotten better, from their service specials and complimentary coffee to the expert knowledge of the technicians they have managed to make keeping up with my automotive needs an enjoyable experience.

Honda of Aventura always delivers amazing service.  I showed up without an appointment and they had my car serviced and ready to go within 45 minutes.  Also the cost was extremely competitive.

I have been here several times for service and shopping for s car. My review is for a recent service visit. We have all been there when you need to get something fixed and looked at suddenly on your car. We depend upon our car for work and other things in our life. Well I found myself in one of those situations. Pulled right up to service around 930 AM during the week.  Didn't have an appointment because I wasn't planning on my visit. Anyways as soon as I pull up it's like a pit stop in a race. There's someone popping my hood and someone else is checking the battery.  Then someone else comes over to top off my fluids. And this is all before I speak to a service advisor.  Sergio took care of me. He did say if my car issues wasn't under warranty their would be a charge. I was a little hesitant at first but her assured me the fee would apply to any needed repairs. Also since I didn't have an appointment it would be about 2 hours.  I figured as much and didn't plan staying to wait. Sergio got the shuttle driver over, Captain America. He's a real character and nice. Makes everyone feel as ease. Really nice person. Well a few hours later Sergio calls me up and said it was a minor issue and they just fixed it without cost. I was surprised by this and delighted.  It was also nice seeing my car freshly washed and the floors mats cleaned up. I wouldn't mind coming back for any maintenance or repairs. All the staff are nice and friendly it seems. I know buying a car can be different but once you get once bring it back for an oil change.
